I am so disappointed in the service offered by this small company GRANADOS,
They do not have the professionalism to resolve a problem regarding a warranty on their alignment work, take a ram 3500 truck, they do not have the equipment to do a correct alignment, they only use a thread to do it.
My truck was worse than it was, I went to make a warranty claim and the employee was just rude, they don't know how to treat a customer. When I got to this place I was disappointed now I have to spend again on doing a correct alignment job.
If you have large trucks, I don't recommend spending money with them, they are only good at patching tires.

Do not go here for alignment they charge you a lot for no reason and your car will not be good it will start pulling to either side they don’t know what they are doing on top they don’t know hot to be careful of others property they scratched my wheels when they were brand new

Went in today after work and asked if they could check my tires for low pressure.
They took care of it right away. And since they were so nice I also asked about getting an alignment and they said they could take care of that as well.
I was there for maybe 20-25 minutes!!
My alignment is PERFECT!
Super fast very nice guys.
I had my daughters with me and we sat and waited while they worked.
I appreciate the help and the fast service!!!
Definitely will be back.
