Everyone is always so pleasant? I have purchased a washer from them, in great condition. The cashier directed me to what I asked for. Everything went smoothly. I appreciate all of the staff, the guys help get the washer on the truck for me. They were all pleasant. I really love shopping there at Goodwill I have no complaints just gratitude and I thank the Most High for answering my prayers on a good purchase for a Washer. He did that so smoothly. All Praises??

This super is definitely a different vibe from a lot of the ones around Houson that I’ve been to. I donate here ask the time, but never come inside. I needed some pants for work. I was heading to a different site but saw people walking in so I stopped at Goodwill and my son and I get to the door, walk in, & they had some featured items up front, including furniture and a BIG sign about becoming an ambassador! Now I had to scan the QR code and follow the instructions to get more info. As I browsed this clean and well organized store, I was filling out my survey. I found 3 of what I came for and a bunch more!! If you’re a creator of any kind or just creative by nature and can take the time to browse the aisles for lil’ WINS…they’re here at the Jones Rd location. I got a total of 13 items, some brand new from the register aisles for only $37 ?! The manager on duty came to the rescue almost immediately when he was called to the counter and his hospitality was above and beyond. And to top it all off, I just looked at the receipt and the name of the kind young man that checked me out is the same as my son that was kind from in the cart (Josiah795)! It’s the simple things in life & this Goodwill store was definitely a #vibe! Blessings come in all forms and this least minute stop that wasn’t expected, turned into a great one!! ??❤️?

Store seemed neat and organized but the sizes were all mixed together. There was no purse or shoe “sections”, just kind of all over the place. They should def prioritize organizing the sizes. That was disappointing. I didn’t buy anything except a cute reusable bag.

Uhmmmm why are we charging 5.99 for almost all the clothes in store. Also this sweater was cute But $12???Used, dirty, stretched out, and has holes???

The service is not good, the store manager serves very poorly with a face of "I DON'T WANT TO WORK HERE" ZERO CORDIALITY. It does not offer a discount even if the products are broken, the values that are too high are abusive and even the way of charging is annoying, the difference with new clothes or items is almost minimal and it is annoying that it is a donation and they are not able to negotiate with the prices.

Been going for a year or so but after yesterday probably won't go back again. Seeing shien marked as a premium brand at $8+ dollars for a shirt that probably cost 3 at most new. Prices are terrible and the products trying to get the pricing is even worse. Don't know what happened in the last 2 months but goodwill hasfell off a cliff

The prices are a little high considering that currently everything has gone up in price but we know that these stores are donation stores so there is no reason for the increase in cost.

Yeah pretty good stuff but the prices are comparatively higher than what they once were. I understand inflation but doesn't seem proportional and there are still many good resale shops in the area.

The store had many items but everything was about $10-$20 a piece used (not new with tags). From clothing and shoes to home decor and furniture there is nice variety here.
