Do not donate nothing to this organization. I went and tried to donate a lot of items. I brought everything down, and the employee there was on the phone the whole time. Once I was done bringing the stuff he tells me, "we don't accept no baby stuff" I said you couldn't of told me that when you saw me bringing the stuff down. He said "but I'll take all the clothes" don't waste your time.

The worst. The man that works there is beyond rude. He has turned me away 3 times After telling me to come back the next day because “they were full” and then denying he ever said that. Thankfully there was a woman working with him today and she excepted my donations. From now on I will take my donations to another center rather than goodwill. There’s nothing “good” about that place.

Just the worst donation center for goodwill. The attitude here is they want you to do all the work for what you bring. No help getting anything kn the cart. Was told all my china and crystal had to be taken out of the box cause there might be a rat in the box. What in the world is wrong with this place. They called an elderly woman lazy cause she wouldn't unload her donation and she left. Take your unappreciated donation somewhere else ppl.

The bad won't like this place, but the good will. This is the Goodwill on Wirt, where you can stop off and make donations. A lot of it will then end up at the outlet nearby on Long Point. It's good that they have these, and the whole charity think it's a great concept. It's a little cramped in here, not always friendly, but good concept, and keeping it separate was a nice idea, but annoying if you want to both drop off and buy.

So I just went to make a donation and had clothes in a Home Depot cardboard box. The guy stated they only except bag and not box donations. I’m so confused about this- I looked on the website but didn’t see anything about this. Just wanted to put this on here if you plan on donating at this location. I ended up going to another location and they took our box

This is a nice and convenient donation spot for me. The staff are always meeting me out with a cart and offering a receipt. It’s a great addition to our neighborhood.

This goodwill may not seem to be in the most convenient location but it really is just a few minutes off the freeway. This store is HUGE, absolutely clean and the bathrooms are very nice. I came in here looking for one specific thing that i actually found and I also got 5 other items just because I couldn't resist. They have a number of name brand items, all that I saw was in a great shape and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The store is bright and well organized. I think I am going to have to come in weekly. I haven't been to goodwills in years because the disorganized crammed clothes racks deterred me. That is absolutely not the case for this store. Also - they have the sizes for each piece of clothing on a little tag so that you don't have to dig for each label. Overall, amazing shopping experience and I will be back.

What can I say? The staff typically is eagerly awaiting your arrival. They come out with a cart and help you unload your donation items and promptly give you a receipt. It is almost always a good experience dropping off your donation items here.

Smaller donation center than the others, but still, this is a great add-on to the neighbourhood. Keep donating and helping the community!
