This Goodwill had a lot of things but also was very unorganized. You may have to some some real scavenger hunt if you're looking for products. Easy access to 249 so if for some reason you don't find something you can get on 249 and go to another thrift store.

- i've gone about five times, around 1hr each time, and was never able to find anything
- cashier wasn't the friendliest
- changing rooms + toilets were super musty and dusty
- they have a lot of clothes so there's probs smth good hiding in there. i've js never found it
in conclusion i wouldn't come to this particular location again

I never thought I'd do a bad review for a goodwill store, but here I am. This place was pretty bad, not the merchandise, that was pretty good for the area. But the organization is just so bad. I tried following the signs hanging from the ceiling, aiming for the men's section only to find kids clothes. The men's clothes where under the "boutique" sign. Once I did find the men's clothes, it was impossible to just look through items that fit me as everything was just thrown together. Small, medium large and up just hung together. Then I wanted to look at glassware, general goods etc. There was no sections for them, instead they where spread out around the entire store sitting on shelves on top of the racks. I don't want to push past someone looking at shirts to browse your dishes and cups!

The super slow and rude cashiers who don't even say “Thank you”
The clothes are super expensive and not even in good condition, enough to pay a large amount for each item of clothing. If I could, I would rate this store super bad, they should close it.??

I always come here to shop for movies to watch on my weekends at home. The employee named “Roy” has the best customer service ever! Every time I come in I get great customer service from him. This Goodwill has a great selection of movies and vinyls and books. I usually go on Wednesdays for 50% off colored tags. Great deals!

Bad service... they charged me on my debit card for three items that I bought, but at a high price, I wanted to return them immediately but they did not return the money to my card, they gave me a gift card to spend right here, they did not want to give the money to my card..

Each time I’ve been here, it has taken me over 25 minutes to check out and never has there been a long line. The last time I went, I needed to make an exchange and the cashier said I had to go back to the store I purchased the original items and I asked for the manager who took literally HALF AN HOUR to come do the exchange. While I was waiting, the cashier kept saying I should just pay for the items so I didn’t have to wait longer. I wanted to leave, but stayed out of principal. Aside from that, the store could use a good cleaning and the prices addressed. Too many items are overpriced and they just sit there week after week. They also hide the items that have the color discount tag of the week. I give them 1 star because the male employees I have encountered are very nice and try to be very helpful.

I purchased a dresser and it wouldn't fit in my car. The very next morning came back with a truck and my dresser was GONE. I think employees are stealing purchased items. And NO REFUNDS! ????

Holes In The Clothes store!All the clothes are carelessly tagged, literally every item in the men’s section. I have mentioned this issue to the cashier several times to get word to management but nothing has changed here. It has gotten alot worse! The clothes are filled and crammed inside the racks which make it hard to look through! Stuffed with clothes that belong at the Goodwill bins or the garbage! There is nothing worth buying here anymore!This Goodwill is the most unorganized of all locations, and the most expensive! When it comes to check out you will wait in line longer than normal, especially if the customer and cashier hold up a conversation!

This use to be my go to thrift store. Over the past year and half it has completely changed. I’m not sure if management changed or what but about a year ago half the store became a “boutique” sections meaning pink tags and individually priced items. Then they standardized individual pricing the items but continuing the color of the week. This seemed to be done over all the Goodwills in Houston which honestly worked really well. Except for this location, they decided that anything that was even slightly “name brand” would be no less than $9.99. Because of this the racks are filled with mediocre items and there seems to be little to no organization. The only upside is there were only 3 other customers in the store and no line at check out. I was there for nearly an hour and I didn’t see a single person check out. I’m not sure how they are staying open with the prices they have.In short you’re going to spend a very long time sifting thru unorganized high priced mediocre clothing. You might get lucky and find a brand that isn’t on there high price list but honestly be prepared to be disappointed. Considering there are 3 other thrift stores within a 5 minute drive I’d skip this one.

My professional experience was great. Workers very involved in purchasing and selling of products. Personal knew the answers to all my questions. The personal also directed me to the different products I was inquiring about. Great experience in such hard times!! ???

I like the people in this store but the prices are a bit high. Half the store is boutique items, and a lot of other items are overpriced. As a result, it seems that the inventory doesn't rotate as fast. Goodwill, please come back down on your prices and get better pricers!

I’ve been a loyal customer and donor for years but I’m never shopping at this location again! Very unorganized and it takes forever to check out. Avoid this store if you value your time.
