I have never had a negative experience when I am GIVING stuff away. Well, it happened. I drive up. The attendant never walked out to the jeep. I don't mind. I always help to unload my boxes/bags. He never asked if I needed help when he saw me lugging Two Heavy trash bags. I put them down by a cart and he says "The bags go On Top of the Cart". I muttered to myself "reallyyyy?". So, I'm now doing his job. I asked him "Can you please give me a receipt?" He tears one off the pad, and says "Here". Still sitting down. Then he asks "Why did you say 'reallyyy?'" in a challenging, provoking manner. After he asked me like 3/4 times. I told him he was being uncooperative and that EVERY OTHER person at least asks to be helpful. He rattled off all kinds of excuses "I don't care. I'm retired" were his (incredible) words. I told him I would quote him on a Google Review. He said "Go ahead". I have been giving and supporting this Goodwill for years. With that kind of attitude, never again. (The attendant was an older African -American man working 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 25th.)

the prices at all goodwills never seem to amaze me, they price random (even non brand) TEE SHIRTS that have STAINS on them at 12 dollars. This location never has anything worthwhile I don’t intend to come again lol.

I like this particular location because they’ve always have great stuff and reasonable prices and they’re clean and friendly!!

If I could rate lower, I would. Went to drop off some items to donate and the staff there was extremely unprofessional. Cussing and throwing our stuff. Acted mad that we were even donating. Do better. Definitely looking for a better place to bring my stuff.

It used to be good but now they are listing clothing items as much as $30 just because they are “brand name” yet they are used. And by brand name I mean items I can easily find at the mall for a fair price

We go to our local Goodwill every couple of months to pick up movies, music and anything else we see that’s interesting. It’s a nice change from shopping at full retail price and we appreciate that it helps people find work.

Went in and thought it was just a normal trip. Until another guest brought it to managements attention about the cameras pointing directly into the fitting rooms. Then the old manager somehow brought my sister into it and told her she “wouldn’t want to see her breast anyways” and that she “didn’t look old enough to DRIVE.” When we were just in line. That was odd and pretty sexist. We also have recordings as well. That was super discriminating and just plain weird.

Shopped 11/19/2022. I asked the cashier that was ringing me up how much an item behind the counter was. She rudely told me that I could go look at it myself while she stood there gossiping and chatting with the cashier to her right, all while rolling her eyes. Entirely unprofessional and unnecessary. Do better, Goodwill.

Filthy, unorganized, broken items n empty boxes everywhere. This has got to be the worst Goodwill anywhere. By comparison i love shopping in the Alvin one. Its well managed, organized, clean n they appreciate their jobs n their customers.
