The staff at this location is so full of joy! I didn’t find nearly as much as I do at my usual spot, but I didn’t even mind, because the employees were hilarious and happy. As a result of their positive attitudes, I noticed that the customers were much nicer than my usual spot, too. Kindness really is contagious.

But I give 1 star to the other customers for hogging all the carts and staying there with their ENTIRE FAMILIES all day. Also sometimes they can get very pushy. But I still love this place! :)

i like this place its actually very nice and orderly. the employees are nice and cool ,though the only thing that bothers me is the many rude mexican womens that go here (not all of them but most of them)(and) (the men are usually cool),which is basically the only thing you need to worry about, either than that its a good time. if you have never been here or the bins ,this is a great beginner place, just dont get in the middle of the new rotation of bins because you will be pushed and shoved.Really just get the hang of it by watching and going from bin to bin that isnt being treated like meat to hungry dogs (you will understand that saying when you go).

This is located in Gunspoint (Greenspoint) area. I went in and the first thing that I see is 2 women fighting, not arguing. I tried shopping but people are pushing you and hitting you with carts. Too many children running around. NEVER AGAIN

Listen....this place is good for furniture and big items only. The othes are NOT on racks like the pictures show!!! This is the bulk pound store! It is gross, smelly and people are rude and will shove into you while digging in the bins. The bargains arent good for $1.20 a lb!

This definitely wasn't the type of goodwill I was expecting when I walked in. Seems like every 20 minutes they wheel out 10 new bins with items for people to look through. It's priced per weight, which is $2.59 per pound for clothes, while items are priced differently.
The issue is that the customers go crazy just to look through the items and don't care about hitting, shoving, and pushing buggies into other people. If you come here, just be careful because people in there don't even care if you're pregnant.
I ended up spending 2 hours here and found some good deals. I spent $47 for all the clothes, and $4 for a pregnancy pillow, Tiffany and Co baggies, Starbuck cups, and Calvin klein bag.

I have been to this location a few times now. I love the atmosphere. Like a treasure hunt. Most of the time when I go, there is a guy in the back doing some type of online reselling show. He has a camera set up and is obviously selling items by doing some type of auction. While it seems like a great idea, is this allowed? He takes up 4 baskets and has 3-4 runners grabbing items and bringing them back to him to offer. It’s loud. I’m not against reselling items but come on…

I’ve found lots of good items over the past year since I found this place but lately it seems that the employees pick through everything leaving nothing worth digging for. It’s very minimum finds now. Also see that anything with a name brand no matter the condition is pulled sometimes right in front of you while bringing out fresh bins , so it’s clear the employees are told to do this..

Something is found but the workers are racist and they banned me from entering the store for a month just for reporting what they did to me

I see a lot of people on here complaining about closing being mixed with hard products. Which yes it happens and is 100% on the people shopping in the store not by workers.people working do more daily than most do weekly
