Very nice store but very disappointing, i came back for the second time, yet my first time two weeks ago, i saw a young lady removing all blue tags out of the racks, i asked and they claimed it was for some type of inventory, then i realized it was %50 OFF blue, and as i was going thru the racks i noticed tgerr were only a few ? tags on the racks, AND YES THRU THE ENTIRE STORE, i thought this was just a coincidence, so as im in the store today right now, its %50 off purple, and i see them removing all purple tags, so NOW i realized they do this so you the costumer is not able to buy the half off sale tags, what and absolutely disgusting practice, i wish i could record and post a video so yall can see what I'm saying. Again there is only a handful they overlooked, but i will record and post on all my social media..SHAME ON YOU GOOD WILL

Disappointed in management. Later, after reviewing my receipt, I noticed there was a mischarge. An item with a yellow price tag was bar-coded as "Red" this meant that the item did not ring up at 50% off like all my other yellow tags that were properly bar-coded as "Yellow". When I returned to the store to see about a correction, I was told by the manager that I only had 7 days to claim it. There is no policy on their printed tickets pertaining to 7 day window for pricing errors on their part. The printed policy only states NO EXCHANGES AFTER 7 DAYS and this was not a clothing item. Luckily, it was only a small diff between the regular Yellow price and the 50% discount price, so I let go without an argument. Still, I believe he should have issued a store credit since it was without a doubt, an internal error.

Always good merch and plenty of it. Sometimes a little pricey but discount days and so many bargains make up for 1 or 2 items. THE STAFF IS ONE OF THE FRIENDLIEST in the city. They keep the store very clean and organized. IT'S A BIG STORE! Everybody is always nice and willing to help you. I'm always going to shop here.

I went to this store hoping to find some nice clothes to wear and i was impressed to see how big their selection was while walking in. There were many racks of clothes and it was very nice. Although, some pieces were overpriced since they are donated. For instance, a plain tee shirt was $6 when you can buy a brand new one that's not faded or stained at Target or Old Navy.

Great selections. Very clesn and nice ppl. Some upper end clothes prices a bit high but I get it ...even though used they have more value especially when ppl come in to buy and resell them on line. Still a great place.

I wish this location had a better system for processing items and labels. Tried to purchase an item and was told I could not purchase the item because it needed to go back through a system to add a new price label because it was missing. Will not return to this location.

Goodwill “select” is the keyword here. This is not your typical goodwill, everything is marked up 5%-60% more than the traditional goodwills across the country with some items being full retail. We would know, as we travel regularly across the country shopping at goodwills to support their “GOODWILL” towards the community. That is not the case at this location, the employees have no excuse for the inflated prices other than “Houston is a big city.” Which in retrospect shouldn’t be an excuse for inflated prices. Poverty is largest in these “bigger cities”I hope the employees wages make up for these price increases, tho I doubt it since things are always unorganized and checkout is always lengthy. Must be the massive facility driving the prices up.We’ve been visiting this goodwill once a week since we moved here a month ago & we may be done after this last visit after finding a “brand name” shoe marked up to $80 that after all, they got for free……….Two stars instead of one due to dressing rooms being open & their nice facility.

Decent finds. Unfortunately long waits to checkout. It never fails there’s only one cashier. Current wait for being 4th in line: 10 minutes. Common reconsideration of purchases experienced. It should be a no brained when it’s this affordable however the wait to checkout is excruciating.

The size of the location is massive so most is clothing, shoes, and trinkets aisles. The kitchen and furniture sections are more small areas so there wasn't much. Wall decor was also pretty bare. There was but one cashier but the line moved at a steady pace.
