Friendly, helpful employees. Steve Ben is a bright light in this big city. He brightens my day when I drop off donations. And he strives to do an excellent job.

Fast, friendly services. Two store-front reserved parking spots for donation drop-offs. When backing up, two staffs came out with a trolley. One was holding a donation receipt. Half a trunk of donation. Entire process took less than a minute.

How could you not love this place, they take the crap you don't want, and help others less fortunate, and then you get a Tax deduction!!!
