I doubt I'll use this dropoff location again. I just happened to be passing by and decided to stop because I had a trunk full of stuff. It has very limited parking and is a bit challenging to get out of because the intersection it is on is very busy. The car wash next door was going nonstop while I was there and was creating this overpowering noise and smell. That was my primary regret with stopping at this location - it was horrible being right next to where the cars were exiting and water was spraying out. The overall location issues could have been made up with better service but unfortunately were not. One of the staff members rolled a cart right out of the door and left it there for me, but did not offer to help, roll it out to my car, or even acknowledge me/say hi. I'm assuming they also did not want to be outside with all the car wash noise, smell, and water

This is a Donation drop off center. They always come out to help gather items immediately when you pull up and the staff is very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience dropping off my items here.

Excellent service at this goodwill. I arrived and someone immediately came out to ask if I needed assistance. He brought a cart out so I wouldn't have to carry any heavy items very far. He was a very nice dude and I wish I got his name because he deserves a raise. I will definitely be returning to this goodwill.

GOODWILL DISCONTINUES DISCOUNTS FOR VETERANS AND SENIORS!!! I will cease all shopping, or donating to Goodwill Industries, discontinuing discounts for veterans and seniors while you raise salaries for the Executives and CEO of Goodwill exposes much about your corporate philosophy. Why should anyone donate goods to GOODWILL that you resale to the public. According to Forbes....Goodwill IndustriesHIGHEST COMPENSATION $469,247TOTAL REVENUE: $5,815MIs that really a "non-profit" you want to support by donating goods for them to pay Executives a half-million dollar salary, while the discontinue their 1 DAY A WEEK discount for Seniors and Veterans. I DON'T THINK SO....Maybe it's time Goodwill experience some of the same consumer response as Netflix! There are other non-profits providing the same services as Goodwill without lining the pockets of Executives and snubbing their nose at veterans and seniors!
