Writing review because all the negative ones scared me and I almost didn't come - I had a great experience! I showed up at ~10 AM, parked in the drop off spot, someone came out with a cart and helped me unload my boxes (I am 9 months pregnant and was worried I would have to carry them in!). She gave me a tax receipt with instructions of how to do it online! It was super easy and quick.

Here at 7:03 PM and doors are all locked and no one there. Why have posted hours until 8 PM if there's never anyone here an hour prior to that?

The weirdest, rudest experience. As I walked up with my box, the man working came out yelling at some other customers, then stopped yelling at them to make a few rude remarks to me.

I’ve donated here three times this year— First two times I dropped off goods (summer 2022), i parked outside, each time someone immediately walks out to assist, and I get out of my car to help unload but was told, “don’t worry, we got it”. Ok fine. Third time i went (Tuesday, 6pm) I park but don’t see anyone come out and I think “no big deal” I’ll give it a minute and knock on the glass. No one answers, so I wait. Then I open the door. A heavy set man with a beard comes to the door, mumbles something, and brings a cart out to my car. I say hello I just have two boxes and he doesn’t acknowledge me (again, not a big deal as I’m a patient person). I open my trunk and before I begin to speak a word about my items, big guy says “oh no no no, we ain’t about to do this like that, you’re gonna help me put the boxes on the cart. You can put a box on the cart”Regrettably, all I do is say “okay” because first of all, I’m happy to help. Second, I just want these goods out of my car. Third, If your associate can’t lift two boxes under 25lbs, then your associate needs to work in a different department.Your associate was inattentive and absolutely rude for no reason.Edit: typo

Here I am at 9:51 am to drop off clothes to Goodwill and the door is locked. Hours of operation show this location open from 8am to 6pm daily. Another customer pulled up to drop off and is knocking on the door. You can see people moving around inside. Ridiculous. An employee came out and yelled at us "we open at 10!". I reminded him the hours listed show they open at 8am and that maybe they should update their hours. If it's too hard to update their hours listed on their FRONT DOOR, maybe they could jot up a little note and put it on their door instead of yelling at customers.

Not sure why some folks left reviews for shopping -- they must be mistaken in terms of location. This is not a Goodwill store -- just a drop-off donation center. I'm honestly glad that it is separate from the store. This means they are focused on receiving your donations. In the past, donating at a store or a store with a donation center has always been unpleasant. Chaotic, slow, unfriendly, hard to find parking, etc. However, this donation center is GREAT. There's a cart ready for you outside, an employee opens the door to assist as soon as you pull up, and the whole process is super fast. There are about 3 parking spots outside the donation center but the process moves so quickly that it doesn't matter. Highly recommended for all your donations!

Overpriced trash. Don’t go to this goodwill! Manager said they price the same as other locations and that’s a lie. Ripped and chewed on Children books for 3 dollars??? Other goodwill have books for 79 cents to 2 dollars.

GOODWILL DISCONTINUES DISCOUNTS FOR VETERANS AND SENIORS!!! I will cease all shopping, or donating to Goodwill Industries, discontinuing discounts for veterans and seniors while you raise salaries for the Executives and CEO of Goodwill exposes much about your corporate philosophy. Why should anyone donate goods to GOODWILL that you resale to the public. According to Forbes....Goodwill IndustriesHIGHEST COMPENSATION $469,247TOTAL REVENUE: $5,815MIs that really a "non-profit" you want to support by donating goods for them to pay Executives a half-million dollar salary, while the discontinue their 1 DAY A WEEK discount for Seniors and Veterans. I DON'T THINK SO....Maybe it's time Goodwill experience some of the same consumer response as Netflix! There are other non-profits providing the same services as Goodwill without lining the pockets of Executives and snubbing their nose at veterans and seniors!

I like this location. Lots of really great finds with decent pricing. Given the location, as expected you will find lots of higher quality brands. I snagged a brand new j crew dress for $5. I believe it retailed at around $90 when I checked online. Yes the clothes are not always well organized but they definitely try and I'd say it's more organized than most other thrift shops I've been to. I do wish the store was bigger with even more options. Final grade: B+ I will Definitely return
