I just donated a bunch of stuff and the lady was so helpful and kind. A younger gentleman came out to help her carry boxes from my car and was very professional. Excellent service and experience!

Not sure why some folks left reviews for shopping -- they must be mistaken in terms of location. This is not a Goodwill store -- just a drop-off donation center. I'm honestly glad that it is separate from the store. This means they are focused on receiving your donations. In the past, donating at a store or a store with a donation center has always been unpleasant. Chaotic, slow, unfriendly, hard to find parking, etc. However, this donation center is GREAT. There's a cart ready for you outside, an employee opens the door to assist as soon as you pull up, and the whole process is super fast. There are about 3 parking spots outside the donation center but the process moves so quickly that it doesn't matter. Highly recommended for all your donations!

GOODWILL DISCONTINUES DISCOUNTS FOR VETERANS AND SENIORS!!! I will cease all shopping, or donating to Goodwill Industries, discontinuing discounts for veterans and seniors while you raise salaries for the Executives and CEO of Goodwill exposes much about your corporate philosophy. Why should anyone donate goods to GOODWILL that you resale to the public. According to Forbes....Goodwill IndustriesHIGHEST COMPENSATION $469,247TOTAL REVENUE: $5,815MIs that really a "non-profit" you want to support by donating goods for them to pay Executives a half-million dollar salary, while the discontinue their 1 DAY A WEEK discount for Seniors and Veterans. I DON'T THINK SO....Maybe it's time Goodwill experience some of the same consumer response as Netflix! There are other non-profits providing the same services as Goodwill without lining the pockets of Executives and snubbing their nose at veterans and seniors!

Good choice of giving not wasting items that could be used by least of us.

I like this location. Lots of really great finds with decent pricing. Given the location, as expected you will find lots of higher quality brands. I snagged a brand new j crew dress for $5. I believe it retailed at around $90 when I checked online. Yes the clothes are not always well organized but they definitely try and I'd say it's more organized than most other thrift shops I've been to. I do wish the store was bigger with even more options. Final grade: B+ I will Definitely return

I’ve been donating to this Goodwill location for 20+ years. Workers have always been pleasant, some more than others, but the woman there now is shockingly rude. I’m in the process of moving so I’ve made several trips in recent weeks. During those trips, she has:1. Waved me away with an angry face well before closing time. When I rolled down my window to ask why, she pointed at a storm cloud on the horizon? Ok.2. Asked me what’s in my bags. My understanding is that goodwill prefers clothing donations be placed in bags without hangers.3. Bristled at me if I dare come in or near the door to ask for a receipt. The old guy used to leave receipts on the counter for you to pick up if you needed one. Even if they don’t want you to come in due to Covid, there has to be a better way than making me interact with this woman any more than I have to.4. Closed the location early.Mostly, her general demeanor is very unpleasant and everything appears to be a massive chore.I won’t be going back there and maybe that’s her goal. If so, success.

Literally has the rudest worker I have ever met. Wasn't wearing a mask. There is no clear instruction on what to do with your donation (like leave it on the cart and wait outside for your receipt outside) but she just doesnt even let you ask a question before talking over you. Would rather throw my donations in the trash than ever come back here.

Maybe don’t hire people who don’t want to work there and that think taking donations is a tough job . Lady who was there was rude , sighed when people came to drop things off, didn’t have her mask on , and didn’t say a single word to anyone . Clearly incapable of holding a simple job. Will not be donating things here any longer.

I rarely write reviews, but I must today. I am moving, so I had two big bags full of valuable stuff which I wanted to share with my community. I was running a bit late and was parking my car at the front door of shepherds goodwill location at 5:58 pm (store closes at 6 pm). The door was wide open and there was a lady at the front desk when I parked. I went to my trunk to get bags. Front desk lady rushed to the front and closed the door in my face. I signaled her to take my donation and she ignored me. Such a shame that Goodwill employs people who don't give a damn about their mission and are ok to bluntly close the door on donors. I'll find a new charity going forward.

Went to donate a few items. I appreciated the precautions they took re:COVID. I simply placed the items on the cart outside while the employees waited inside. They retrieved my items from the cart once I was done. Quick and easy. Thank you!

I take items to goodwill often and have been to several locations but I WILL NOT donate at this location again. I have been twice now and both times the attendants did nothing; not even get up when I came in, let alone come outside with a cart to assist me with bringing in the many items I had to donate. What are these people being paid to actually do? Even if they are volunteers they should do more than sit in a chair on their cell phone.
