Everyone is 100% correct this place has become way way overpriced. However, one day I did find something amazing there and they priced it right where it should be and it was a table the table with $100. It happened to be a pottery barn table there was just a little bit of scratches and then be a little dog shoe at the bottom but it’s some thing that I was able to get out, so I do agree that this Goodwill and many others have become way overpriced. Goodwill is supposed to be there for people with less money and you can get a better deal. Going to Marshalls and Ross. Then you can going to Goodwill. I would highly recommend going over to family thrift store or even Texas thrift off of Fondren. They have much lower prices and they have fantastic deals and every holiday they have 50% off so Goodwill it’s time to get back in the game. It’s time to be in competition with these other stores because you’re losing so many wonderful customers, I see I hear people speaking of how insane the prices are and how they can get something brand new for the same price and the same brand had target shoes there for $14.99 and when I looked them up, they were on sale for $12.99 at target that particular day

I have literally never left a negative review but the prices in this Goodwill have gotten absurd. Charging $12 for a fast fashion Zara top is almost offensive.

Greedy business , what once was made to help people with less resources and opportunities is now overpriced second hand clothes.

It looks and smells like a place that would only attract and hire old mentally ill homeless people. Yet it attracts almost everyone who may be addicted to the illusion of 'treasure hunting'.

Listen I love a goodwill or salvation and finding great steals while saving things from ending up in landfills and helping people in need. The biggest difference between goodwill and salvation is this goodwill has taken the greed route, especially this location, like all goodwill the economic is based on donations, and being near prominent neighborhoods with great donators and shoppers coming here for those finds. This goodwill is not here to have any good will towards any of their shoppers.
Long story short, the people doing the pricing for this goodwill needs to touch ground. It is out of this world. It’s not helping people in need needing to shop here for the low cost, it’s not driving sales from fashion shoppers. No second hands button up shirts needs to be 20 dollars, no sportscoats needs to be 40 dollars. I get that certain items are designers but you’re forgetting your core values and why you are here, to help people who needs to go to the goodwill, and yes fashion shoppers or resellers as much as you can hate it they’re still buying from you and taking weights off landfills. And with these pricings just go to another charity shop.

This place is so sneaky and Dirty, if you look at their security footage for this week they saw customers wanting to buy a pair of sandals , they took them in the back and temporarily glued them so someone would buy them, I bought them and they feel apart on my daughter when she wore them almost feel and hurt herself, it’s sad goodwill
is ( evil ) and they even asked me to donate and I did, also they always have a Harris county police I wonder how much money he gets paid , goodwill is slim , and Dirty , who is the Top person that owns Goodwill, he’s probably in a mansion on top of a hill?

I love Goodwill and love this location but HATE the parking. This is probably the most busiest area in Houston and it has the tiniest, narrow parking lot. It creates a nightmare for parking and honking and anger especially on the weekends.

This used to be a good place to find clothes for affordable prices for you and your family. NOW, everything is overpriced!! Donations are FREE! Everything you make from a sale is a profit!
Also, what is the point of the signs of what the clothes is when each one has a different price?
I have worked in pricing resale items and these prices are way too much. Anything that is used should be 1/2 the price minus 30%! Also, even if it has a tag it shouldn’t be charged as new, because even with a tag, people have probably had it in a place accumulated dust and dirt. I would suggest donating to other organizations who will sell at reasonable prices. You have family who can only shop here for the family, now these families can’t buy a nice outfit because it’s overpriced.
If you have time on weekends, I suggest going to garage/yard sales.
