Look what I found today! So I was driving home from work in heavy traffic, and stopped at this Goodwill. This place is huge and they have a lot of good stuff, this sparkly stand structure, that’s homemade is absolutely girlie and cute! Then I found a Henri Bendel handbag, they used to have a store at the Houston Galleria but it went out of business. So now it’s a vintage bag! You should come here, and see what you can find!

I really like the girls at the front. They've been here for a while and that's always a good sign. I am super disappointed in the dollar increase on the small children's books. I used to be able to get those Step 1, Step 2, etc. reading books for $1 but they just doubled the price. I think it's sad that that it gets more and more expensive to help your kids practice reading. Come on Goodwill? But besides that I can't complain. I just probably won't be coming back as much.

The worker gave me a receipt for 2020. When I entered the receipt # it registered for 2021 donation. I just gave my donation 6:47 on 12/30/23. I don’t know how that happened.

Had a horrible experience at this location! I found a garment without a tag that was obviously used and they trying to charge brand new item prices!! Goodwill needs to stop it!! They get EVERY SINGLE item in their store for FREE and then Over charging the hell out of people. And then they have the nerve to ask you if they want to round up, as if they don’t make enough money as it is terrible!!!!YOU GET 100% RETUEN ON EVERYTHING IN THAT STORE!!

I like going there to support the veterans. I probably visit 5 today. Just out since I work so much. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Two non-English speaking workers that accost you if you have more than five items, tell you to put the rest on the rack and then clear the rack while you try on clothes and THEN get in your way and squeeze past you throughout the store like some sort of weird Goodwill Gremlin-Bully. Used to be fun but the customer service has gone downhill

Dropoff staff very helpful and available.Checkout blines are very slow. I waited 1 hr to purchase a $3 basket and 3 ladies are register and 15 people inline. Ridiculous. No place for Seniors to sit whe waiting. No discounts for inconvenience of issues to wait. With all the merchandise donated they should get rid of it and make more money if they have SALES ONCE. MONTH on Sundays. Merchandise IS SO CRAMPED like CLOTHES. Some blouses tops are overpriced.They have been like this for years. People DONATE TO Help INDIGENT and the merchandise just does not sell.In 2023 when people lose jobs, homeless, no income, the process needs to change to HELP PEOPLE not let merchandise ROT in the GOODWILL STORES.

This store is mostly clean and employees are generally friendly. Prices are bit higher for no apparent reasons.While we were there someone threw a rock through the door so be aware of the weirdness in this area

One of the manager was unprofessional when several customers inquired about the reason pricing were different then the other goodwills... I tried to call corporate to let them know ... no answers... I ll keep trying in hope they respond major price difference like 10 dollars difference come on the item u get are for FREE ur gain is 100% yet you chose to overprice items .... it's called goodwill not macys :)

Why is the price of music cd's at this location double the price at other GW's? This one charges $2 where other GW's charge $1.
