The large man in the drive thru lane is incredibly rude. At a recent trip he berated my sister calling her lazy as she was trying to help HIM! Prayers need to be said for this man, seems many other folks have had the same experience looking at these reviews.

The employee in your drive-through donation line needs to be a little bit more courteous and kind. I was greeted with a dirty look, and an attitude when I dropped off some items today.
