Two years ago I canceled my membership and they said I would have to pay an additional month, I said that’s fine, a month went by and they kept charging my card, I called and complained and they told me I had to go back in person to make sure the cancellation was on the record otherwise they’ll keep charging, I was upset but didn’t cared enough to fight it, now my brother has the same issue, he canceled his membership they made him pay an additional month, and then charged for 2 additional months even with his membership deactivated and they told him the same thing that he had to go in person to make sure it was on the record. The gym facility is good, but the service could improve.

Fitness project is a fun gym with lots of friendly employees and members. I always enjoy my time here. I can really get in good workouts here. Best gym in Kingwood!

Was a good gym, when I was signing up for this gym I had told the gym crew member that I had to leave for 5 months starting in February for work she said that won’t be an issue you can just freeze your account. When I called to freeze my account I’m told that there isn’t a freeze option, and that I can technically freeze my account but I’ll still have to make my payments because of a 12 month contract. I liked this gym because there wasn’t a contract and it seemed great. Now since February I’ve been sending $60 a month to this gym and just keeping my spot warm. OH also beings how I’m not in Kingwood l, I have to MAIL a CERTIFIED letter to them to cancel my membership? Who the hell does that? I honestly thought they were gonna tell me I needed a notary to sign off on it. Thanks for nothing Project Fitness, I’ll make sure to not send anyone y’all’s way. This is completely ridiculous and a rip off.

It’s always so clean, staff is super nice, they have a great range of equipment!! Neill the manager is so accommodating and carries the best energy. We love our Kingwood Fitness Project!!

Visited the Kingwood location today. What an really nice gym, was greeted by Madison and shown around , while we were talking at the front she introduced me to the General Manger Neill .. They made me feel good about joining. Really listened to was wanting bin a gym! I highly recommended!

Overall good gym, like the fact that they close late if I can’t make my morning time. Friendly staff, especially Javier C. Who’s always in a good mood, at 5am.
