The classes are always challenging! You are guaranteed to get a new workout each time, while listening to great music! The energy in the room and instruction from Chris will not allow you to give up!!

I purchased Glory Fitness because of a promotional offer on Groupon for 10-Hip Hop Spinning classes $75. Glory Fitness is a studio-type gym with various fitness group classes (Spinning, Pilates, Dance, Bootcamp) and personal training. My first class was with Debra for Spinning. She is so kind and motivating that it really encouraged me to stay consistent attending the classes. I did three times a week for 3 weeks.She is also very passionate and knowledgeable and would take the time to correct my posture and feet position. For instance, pressing heels down instead of toes down on the pedals or keeping my head up to activate the abs.I went to both Debra and Chris’ classes. Chris is also very kind and passionate. They really love teaching clients and working out. They are just so energetically happy while instructing the class. It is infectious! The classes are super fun! They go by very quickly! Each class is about 60 minutes. Both Debra and Chris, of the classes I attended, alternate between bike work and off-bike work (hula hoops, jump ropes, squats, etc).I completed my 10 classes yesterday and I feel that I improved with each class. Debra and Chris are genuinely welcoming. They didn’t try to pressure me to sign a membership or even do sales slogan. There is no pressure. The focus is just on working out and meeting your individual goals.I approached Chris about the different prices and he recommended that I choose the package where I am going to be most consistent. He didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive package which I respect. The prices are reasonable. There are NO initiation or cancellation fees. Flexible plan options. You can purchase one class, 1 month unlimited, or 3 month unlimited, etc (there are different types). I highly recommend trying out at least one class, if you don’t want to commit to 10 classes yet. I am not the athletic or gym type, but I really enjoy going to the classes.In addition to spinning, there are other classes like pilates, yoga, step, and dance with other instructors. Everyone learns differently, so I would recommend trying different instructors and staying with those that teach according to your learning style.Also, there are private training options if you would like one-on-one sessions or prefer to avoid group classes because of the pandemic.

Most calories burned in a workout class ever! Wow. From the moment I walked in I felt attended to, supported, encouraged and safe. Friendly instructors and super friendly workout partners! People there realized it was my first time and they greeted me, introduced themselves and gave me tips for the class. I took the hip Hop spin class and probably the most fun I've had in a class in a very long time. The workout went along to the beat of each song so we danced, sang and encouraged each other along the way. I highly recommend an encourage anybody of any age shape or size to check out Glory Fitness!
