I’ve taken my dog here for years, never had any issues even when they would nick my dog. The last visit I picked him up with no issues reported. I’ve tried for over 3 weeks to schedule a new appointment and no one would pick up when I called. I figured they were closed on vacation. I finally had my wife call and they immediately pickup for her ( they were screening my calls). My wife mentions our dog’s name and the owner claims my tiny little Shitzu bit her groomer and others and she won’t cut his hair anymore. I’ve been going to her for over 10 years, just ridiculous. No communication no apologies. I wish them only bad luck from now on.

They do an amazing job cutting my dogs hair. The staff is very kind and courteous to my Shih-Tzu. The only con I experienced is when I dropped my dog off at 9:30am and they did not call me to pick up my dog until around 4pm. I asked the Groomer if there is a way I can have my dog get cut faster because I did not want her to be in a cage waiting for so long. They apologized for the wait time and told me they were just behind schedule for the day and it would not happen again.

Poor customer service. Lost my business because of rudeness on the phone. A snapshot of our conversation: I : Do I just bring my puppy in for grooming or go by appointment? G: By appointment only. Next available is October 6. I: Wow, that's a very long time. You need a bigger place. G: I know how to run my business, I don't appreciate you telling me I need a bigger place. I: I meant it as a compliment - that you have a good business. But now I don't appreciate you talking to me that way either. Good bye.

Glamor Dogs is the very best!! Dina has worked with several of our rescues who are very apprehensive about the whole bath grooming thing. She is patient and kind to them all. By the third time going to her salon, my dogs can't wait to get out of the care and into her care. She is a master groomer!! I have been going to her for over 16 years. Vicki mother of Bonnie
