This is the second car that we have purchased from this dealership in the past two years. They are top notch. Our salesman, Al, has been in this business for a decade and it shows. He took care of this completely for us and allowed us to handle the negotiations over the phone. Also, Dino, the dealership manager worked with us to get the best deal that we could on the exact car that we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering a new or used car. It is so nice to go to a dealership where you feel like you are working towards a common goal, with the dealership, of getting the car that you can afford and want.

What I can I say about this place??? It is wonderful! I had a awesome experience working with Mr. Erik Villalta and Mr. Salem Hafez. These guys delivered! I was in and out in no time with my new car!! I had been trying to get the same car from Fort Bend Honda, they did nothing but give me the run around. Please do not go there!!! But these guys at Gillman, they were all about business. Customer Service 100% They are very professional and kind. And they care about the customers!! I have already referred friends and family to Gillman Honda. Thank you for helping me get my car :)

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my 2022 Honda Pilot. I leased the car and have been having issues with the tailgate collecting water during rain, which then gets into the trunk when I open it. I took my car to Gillman Honda service, and it stayed there for a couple of weeks. Despite contacting them multiple times and showing them videos and pictures, they claimed everything was normal. After a few weeks, they said they fixed the tailgate, but the water wasn't cleaned up, causing mold. Recently, after a few rainy days, the same problem occurred again. It seems like they didn't fix it properly, and I feel like Gillman Honda's service does not care about their customers. I like Honda cars, and I understand issues can arise, but this experience has left me extremely frustrated.
I visited Gillman Honda but there is no help again, unfortunately.

Zee and the team at Gillman Honda were absolutely fantastic in helping me find the car I wanted. I was moving from across the country, and they helped me figure out the logistics of requesting the car and worked extensively with me and my family to identify appropriate financing options for us. I deeply appreciated the professionalism and support that Gillman Honda Houston provided and I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a honda!

I don't normally post Google reviews but my experience with Gillman stands out. We worked really hard with another Honda dealership closer to us but they kept playing games on pricing the new car. I explained multiple times what I wanted and didn't want and got nowhere. So we reached out to Gillman by phone, explained what we wanted and didn't want and got their best price over the phone, including a trade in, subject to inspection. We put down a small deposit, Gillman found the exact car, contacted us when they received it. We then drove over, they inspected my trade-in (took 10 minutes), paid for the new car, got instruction on how to set up the systems, and out we drove, very, very happy. The process took less than two hours. Buying a car should be easy and the industry MUST move away from all the BS negotiations and games. I can't think of anyting else I buy that puts you through such a ringer. Thank you Gillman for being fair, responsive, and professional. Go see Dennison. He's the absolute best to work with.

I prefer to buy cars from Toyota only from last so many years. This is the first time I just visited Honda and was even sure in mind that will again go to Toyota. But my salesman Denison ,he was so awesome and he convinced us to buy the car.He is so cooperative and friendly.I am happy to take this decision. I love my car.

Great & fast experience!
First time in my life that we finish a deal in under an hour. Very straightforward and came with the best offers. Very honest, and saved us a good bit of money with all the incentives.
Our salesman was Oseas, a great guy, and I highly recommend him.

Purchased a used 2018 Camry($16,500 no discount full price) with tax+title+service warranty for $20,000. Car did not have any carpets that go over the base carpet(didn't realize till after purchase). After only month and half i needed to replace brakes, battery, some other tire parts(busing, tire rod etc), tires, and muffler is leaking(making noise when accelerating). Now since i purchased service warranty i took it toyota service center and they recommended many more services fixes but i only approved the immediate tire repair car needed. Spent $500 on tires, $150 battery, $100 carpets, $100 on brakes. Service warranty only covered the tire parts and labor for which i still had to pay $100(total was $1600)out of pocket. I still need to take it back for them to fix muffler leak which will cost another $100(warranty will pay for rest I hope). Service warranty can deny repair claims too.
I over looked a lot of things when i was purchasing this car because i thought big dealers like Gillman properly inspect and sell cars that will not need any immediate repairs at least for another 2-3 years.
Guys they are no different than any other small used car dealers.

I usually don't write reviews but I was so impressed with the service that I feel obligated to write a review. Zee Usmani and Nick walked me through the steps. Zee was transparent through out the process and for once I felt that the sales person is working for me. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy the car. Thank you Zee.
