I bought a Honda Accord 2023 Ex from Gillman Honda (Houston) last year and got a recall recently. I take back my car to Gillman Honda and they take care on my car very well. They inspected my car throughly and I am really happy about their service.

I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was helped by Mr. Ashok S and he was very helpful and efficient. He went over all the requirements and procedures with me, answered all my questions. Definitely recommend him to help you during your visit to the service center.

Daniella received me at the bay, took the keys, asked how i was doing, what was I there for, assured that all will be taken care off in the best possible way, all with a great smile and friendly attitude. Daniella made the visit stress free and best part is that she asked permission before starting to job done. She also gave an complimentary car wash. I was there for my Honda Accord Oil and Transmission fluid change. Great experience. Thanks Daniella.

I went for oil change here today. My advisor was Denise. She was very good and professional. These guys offered free inspections and identified few problems which I went ahead and got it fixed with them since I was going for a long road trip. The only negative I would like to give is when I got my car back after service, it was smelling terrible. The mechanics should put a plastic bag or paper before sitting in the customers car. The smell is so strong that I had to spray lot odor eliminator get rid of the smell I am also keeping my window glass down until the smell goes away. Not the review I had wanted to post but I want them to realize this so it should be taken care for other customers.

My daughter-in-law recommended Gillman when I decided to get a new Honda CR-V. Scott was my salesman and was great. He addressed all my concerns. I was so pleased with his service I recommended him to a friend who bought a car the day after I did.

We bought a CRV HYBRID. We tried to figure out how to pay our monthly finance bill. No one at Gillman told us how to set up payments. We got calls telling us to pay but didn't say how. We finally contacted Honda Finance and we're disappointed to find out they do not take bank transfers. They want bank account number and routing number. Now we gave ti check that they didn't take too much out. Tried to call the finance dept at Gillman but nobody answer and was told the voice mail was full. I wud suggest working with a bank and not Honda Finance.No stars

Their are very few dealers who keep customer first.I had awesome experience with Gillman Honda for my 19,000, service of Van.Eric was very instrumental in providing timely updates, clarify doubts and provide world class services. The services performed were Oil change, Break fluid flush and 2 recalls.Only because of Eric I receive my car on time and everything was well taken care of.

I just found out that the rear differential service I did and paid for with them at the 15,000 miles mark actually was not properly done. I almost lost my rear differential because of that. The Service Director worked out an agreeable resolution to this issue. I will refrain from using them again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve Been waiting patiently on my car to get done the correct way…. 8 months later “it’s done” in their eyes. They offered me to take my brand new car back with the Odometer not programmed to the original mileage i had when I took it in from an accident. I had probably about 1k miles on it btw.Rey my service advisor told me he could “write my mileage on my door” like really ? Are you serious my brand new 23 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport. They don’t seem to look out and give their best interest for their customers. If I would of took my car back like this I would of had a ton of issues later down the line with my car. Also every time I call and ask about my vehicle and why nothing has got done I always get told “can you be patient with me” & “oh we’re busy” like I haven’t been patient enough.It’s been 8 months that I have been paying every month for a car note and insurance bill each day it sits in there I’m losing money. But they don’t seem to care. Each month it’s always something different that needs to be done to my car and guess what I’m having to wait weeks / months for things to get done. This is crazy why does it take this long? I need answers. Nothing seems to be done with urgency!!!!I don’t know what to do anymore but my car needs to be done the correct way. You guys are trying to SCAM customers which is unacceptable I will never buy from y’all again.I thought I would be able to trust the dealership I bought my car from to be done properly & at this point it’s a slap in the face. And I’m so disappointed!!
