First time to visit a Subaru dealership in Houston. I had an oil change. The wait was reasonable, the video inspection they provided was a nice touch. Coffee was good. I will use Gillman for services in the future.

Takes forever to get the car serviced at this location. Came past 2:30 pm and it's now 5:00 pm just replace a battery that is cutting of power to the Subaru Legacy 2018.

My husband was looking at car ads online, when he came across one at Gillman. Our CRV needed to be replaced. Our contact salesman, Rabee was ready when we arrived. We went over the car information. That particular car was a little out of our budget, Rabee was prepared and had two others waiting to show us. We purchased one of those. Recently I made a long trip in my new car. It is comfortable, easy to drive and the sound system made it a pleasure to drive. Frequent long trips are normal for us. It is important to have a reliable vehicle. Rabee was informative, helpful and patient and we appreciate that. We recommend Gillman. Just ask for Rabee.

Took my 2019 ram 3500 and with a check engine light on. They call me up and tell me I need brakes. They want to change my oil replace the fuel filters and EVR and the EVR cleaning was $1800. I refused all the service told him I just wanted to check engine light fixed so they called me back and tell me that my DEF system is contaminated. I don’t know how it got contaminated. I’m only one that puts fuel in the truck I buy from Costco O’Reillys this repair is gonna be over $4500. I feel that because I didn’t OK the other repairs they found something else to charge me for , they’ve had the truck almost 2 weeks and still waiting on parts. When you call the dealership they put you on hold and then they eventually ask you to leave your name and phone number and they’ll call you back. I’ve done this several times and never been called back. This will probably be the last time that I used. Gilman. A truck with only 62,000 miles on it should need a $4500 repair.

Not a bad experience. But they wouldn't lower the price by even $1500 like I wanted. Good location for a dealership tho,
I ended up buying a 2021 Tucson ultimate with 15k mi on it.

My car was damaged in an accident, so I brought it to Gillman Honda for repairs. Noel Gaona helped me through the entire process. From the beginning, my insurance company quoted me inaccurately for replacement car parts. Noel took care of it, ensuring that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. And after all the repairs were done, my car looked amazing. I sincerely appreciate Noel and Gillman Honda. Heaven forbid another car hits me, but if it does, I will be returning to Gillman Honda and personally request Noel to help me because he is awesome and did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!
