I love working with my service team member, Anthony at Gillman Acura! He is so pleasant and accommodating. I came in a little late for my vehicle service appointment, but he ensured that I was in and out in a reasonable time. I have never been disappointed with my experience at Gillman.

Got my new 2025 Acura Integra Type S at Team Gillman Acura last week! Robert helped me see the car and experience it so that I could finalize my decision between the integra and civic type r! They had the color I wanted on the way from the factory, so it worked out nicely! The staff was all polite and welcoming.
I do think the finance department was a bit pushy but came to an agreement that I could accept nonetheless. They were still very polite though, which I appreciate! Had a great experience overall and would recommend people to come to this location if looking for any Acura vehicle!

Made an appointment today for 10. Get there around 9:45. Sit and wait, waiting room is chilly so I step outside. Sat right next to my vehicle. Even opened my car door to get my sunglasses. Because they did not secure my doors. Well I have now been sitting there for over an hour and thirty minutes, right next to my vehicle. One of the many people walking by I ask what is the point of an appointment? He said who is your advisor, I don’t know Ron your the one who checked me in. Again another purple shirt guy walking, but he has my keys in hand. “What is the point of an appointment? It puts you in line… soooo why would I not just schedule first thing in the morning and show up when I want? “Let me check on this” he never comes back out, mind you I think I scared him. My vehicle finally gets taken back. I timed it. It was gone for 55 minutes. I go sign. “Do yall not wash the vehicle anymore”, he responds we figured you were eager to get out.. that sir is an assumption. We all know what assumptions are. They took my vehicle back again. I get into my vehicle and after moving the seat back to fit my 37 inch legs I leave. Well then I scroll through the gauged to check tire pressure, and see they did not even bother resetting the oil. I mean shit how am I to know when to get another oil change, I need a damn sticker!
Man yall need help.
