I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gift Mart, and it's all thanks to the incredible service provided by Mr. Patel. I visited the store with a last-minute Christmas gift wrapping emergency, and Mr. Patel truly came to my rescue.Not only did he wrap all of my Christmas presents beautifully, but he also added lovely bows that gave each gift that extra touch of holiday magic. What truly set Mr. Patel apart was his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to assist me, and his kindness and willingness to help were truly heartwarming.I was initially stressed about my holiday preparations, but Mr. Patel's expertise and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Mr. Patel is very friendly and made sure that my package was secured and even put fragile stickers on my package to make sure. Was honest about when my package would be shipped. It’s nice to have a friendly one stop shop in the neighborhood. Will definitely come back!

I had a pleasant experience there yesterday dropping off my package. I was hesitant to leave it because they don’t scan in, but the gentleman who works there was very reassuring that he takes our package security seriously. I think the USPS scans them there because it was in the system about an hour and a half after they opened, which made me really happy to see. Thank you!

I went to a FedEx store and was referred to this man for a form I needed notarized. Upon entrance you notice the mugs and odd baubles that catch the eye. Then I see a friendly face sharing some homespun wisdom. Then I also noticed he ships packages so it became an all in one trip for me. I appreciated attention to detail, courteous manner and friendly smile. In a world full of automation and robotic recorded customer service, it's refreshing to make eye contact and speak with someone directly. The slogan is "The gift store that gives more." I felt like it gave a sense of appreciation for my transaction, I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have been using this location for a few years now and have never experience any issues, it is convenient to mail packages, notarize documents and also purchase small items. The owners are very friendly and have never lost any packages, plus it saves a lot of time going to the post office where it takes forever to go through long lines and sometimes the clerks attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

I have gone in to mail and fed x packages 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time, the small business owner operator caught little, but costly things I missed, like not noticing the old label on my recycled shipping box. As a former small business person myself, his excellent attention to good customer service, a pleasant shopping experience and being a genuinely good guy makes me a very satisfied, loyal customer. I am relieved to have a place to post a package via UPS, USPS or FedX and even pick up a nice little gift in one quick and easy shop. Buying from such a superior quality customer service oriented small business is a pleasure and a duty to keep small businesses up and running in our society now over run by big business who put dollars ahead of everything else while putting small business out of business and paying hard working employees sub wages. Thank you Gift Mart for being America’s best.

This guy is telling people that they have to pay to drop off a UPS package. He told me there was a charge and I began to ask questions. He said that it was something new and that they usually charge $10 but he will only charge me $5. I told him I'll just drop it off at the UPS store and he told me they would charge their too. I called and they said that it was free, He said the name of this fee was a (pick up fee) which made no sense. I told him that what he said wasn't true just in case he wasn't a liar and just misinformed. The next day my guy went there to drop it off to see what was the issue and the guy tried to play the same game, this time stating they charge $20 but he would only charge him $10. He is seems very friendly but watch ou he is quick at the mouth and is not a truthful person. I wonder how much money he has made off people doing this. Deceitful little guy
