Let’s start by saying… SOPHIA IS THE BEST! she was very helpful, informative, customer service was top of the top, very passionate about her job, and took the time needed to help me with a small problem on my account. Even though she did give me bad news… BUT SHE FIXED IT and most importantly made the price much more affordable! If I could give more stars on this thing I would! Most definitely recommend this office for any Statefarm related business! For the many years I’ve had Statefarm this location has always been so helpful and take the time to explain everything detail by detail.

They have followed up with me, answered all questions, returned my calls each and every time and are very pleasant. Customer service is very important to receive and give back. At first they give you a great price, months later they change the price without any notice. If you call about the price change the girls there start to fight you except Stephanie she was always kind. I was with them for 2 years but switched over because I was never able to receive a quote on surety bond for becoming a notary yet when It came to quotes on my car insurance and homeowners they were able to do so instantly. I thought that was so unprofessional of them.
