untrustworthy, unreliable, unpredictable, overall unprofessional. Did not get what i paid for. Turn around was an extremely long wait. I never leave comments especially nothing bad so this really pains me to make this say. i will say the owner is more thorough than the person who answers the phone

This was by far the worse experience ever. I thought with all the good reviews I would receive great service but not at all. Communication sucks. Poor timing. Will agree on times and don’t show up or respond. Placed my bumper on wrong and told me it was normal. Got paint on my windshield. Left residue of all the materials used on my vehicle. Was paid by my insurance and didn’t complete the job. Do not take your vehicle here!!! Find a more reputable business.

Did an excellent job restoring my 2017 Nissan Altima. Talked me through the process and kept me updated on the process. Worked with my insurance company to make sure I got back on the road in my car as soon as possible.

This place is a joke. When I first took my car here they were very friendly and kind. He gave me a rough quote of $800. Went back 2 days later he acted like he did not remember and had raised the price. I was fine with it and still went with them based on the promises the owner John Garcia made. One week later John calls me and tell me that he will be gone for thanksgiving and I should come and pick up my car that was not finished because for liability reasons. BUT I HAD TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE JOB THAT WASNT FINISHED!!!!! At first I was skeptical but he promised right after thanksgiving I would bring it back for him to finish. Well at the start of the week after thanksgiving I call up John and tell him I was about to bring the car back to him and he hesitates as if he doesn't know who I am. I finally get him to remember and drop my car off. In total now John had had my car for 2 weeks after promising me he never takes more than 5 days. THAT WAS A LIE!!! A couscous after dropping it off I give john a call for a status update and he tells me it's ready. I go to get my car and it's has bumps, and scratches because it wasn't sanded down or buffed what was also included in the paint job I asked for. John started to treat me as if I was crazy for wanting my car to have a smooth and clean paint job. So we argued for about 10 minutes and he says he'll resend it and clean it up for me. Another week pass by and John calls yet again telling me my car is ready. NEVER DID HE CALL WHILE THE SUN WAS UP!! I go and pick up my car and it still had imperfections and he proceeds to tell me that that's just how it comes sometimes. Here is just one of many spots on my car that's not done right
