I go inside the store today and there was a couple of ladies standing at the counter and 2 additional people shopping the store. I had been standing there for about 3 minutes then one of the people got in line and then a couple more minutes passed and the last person got in line. Now this is when the person at the counter looks at me and says "The line is over here". This person CLEARLY saw me standing there all that time before but yet he wait until others get in the line and then direct me over there. I went in for a simple VBuck transaction but took 20 minutes more than needed because the 2 people in front of me had longer transactions. I simply don't understand the lack of common sense.....

Honestly I'm not sure why. Both the three times I've been to this specific location I rather I didn't. I've since got out of my way to go to other locations.My first trip I was looking to purchase the in store book for tears of the kingdom walkthrough. And looking to preorder it. They were adament it wasn't available in store for preorder and they had no idea when they'd get it in.I go to another location I know well and they explained that was preorder online only. But they did tell what date they'd have the books in store. Mind you this other location that I ended up going to. Was 529 and hwy 6. My preferred location now an hour away from me. This location is 10 minutes..... Shows how much I didn't like the experience.The second time I thought. Well I'll give it a try. To purchase a console before work. Online and on Google maps. This location opens at 10am However their posted hours stated 11:30am. Vastly different. So I ended up going to the memorial city mall location which stated they opened at 9 am online. And when I called they confirmed that they were open. And I had a lovely time. Lovely conversation and was able to get my console.The third time I walked I needed help updating my pro membership information as someone had input my address wrong as I was not getting my game informed. After calling game informer directly they advised me I had to go in store to correct it. As this location is 15 minutes away I went here.Again I was met with unhelpfulness. I explained I just needed to update my address. They were adamant that only game informer could do that directly and refused to help. I didn't make a scene either time I had been. Simply asked. " Hey I was told by game informer that my address is wrong. Can you help me fix it so my pro membership is up to date." And they wouldn't help me.I went to the location on 529 and 6. And helped immediately by the wonderful people there.Overall I really wish this location was friendlier and more helpful. But it wasn't. I have since decided that I won't be visiting this location at least for awhile. They need to update the store open hours for sure.I will continue to visit other locations. More than likely the memorial city mall 30 minutes away because of how helpful they are.

Customer service was great. Yuki kindly helped me and all the other guys that were in there. Would DEFINITELY go back if it wasn't 30 minutes from my house lol

Where as I avoid certain GameStop for their lack luster service, I enjoy coming to this store solely for Dakota's great customer service. No matter what the customer needs is, Dakota always provides his indepth expertise in helping the customer understand their options with videogames, trading cards, and collectibles. I have seen Dakota offer and successful help so many customer understand the value of a PRO Membership. In the last quarter alone, Dakota has helped me purchase over 2000 dollars of product from this single store. I have nothing but respect for Dakota because he is the only employee, I ever see constant across all seven days and double shifts. Please promote and reward this man for keep this GameStop location profitable! I don't buy warranties, but I would gladly pay for Dakota's service and help!

Great customer service! They reserved the xbox controller starfield edition for me! Also very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

Used to feel messy and grimy, but they've really cleaned up and organized things recently. Sales guy wasn't in my face, but was friendly and helpful when I asked a question.

Terrible with an awful odor soon as you walk in needs to be closed I went in to try and sell my PS4 it was a guy with Dreads and heaven set Caucasian guy there working and they had awful customer service I waited almost an hour just for him to say he can't take the ps4 because it has dust in it, he banged on my ps4 multiple times didn't even try testing to see if it works just gave me the dumbest answer I've ever heard from GameStop ever I'll never shop there again and I hope no one else makes the mistake on going there.

They have a lot of cool anime stuff here. Very big selection of things to look at. They have PC accessories and even a Razer gaming chair.

So I called yesterday around 7pm and asked what the status of an order for pick-up was. The guy had picked up the phone . Had a bad attitude and he was disrespectful and he hung up on me, said just wait for an email. He said he's the only one in the store and couldn't do his job to check emails and orders.I just checked my email today at 9am they had cancelled my order .So this GameStop only gives the best customer service to the people that go in person to shop. But don't give two cents about people ordering from online to do a pick up order . Don't recommend doing online ordering by them . Very unprofessional.

The cashier sold me some kind of membership with out me knowing, and if Gamestop replies to me with an apology, don't even bother, we all know this is what you managers tell employees, to lie and steal from costumers, but I just never thought it was gonna happen to me.

I like coming here even though it seems so crowded, to many items you can't really look at everything they have. But overall it's ok. You'll find what you're looking for.
