The guy in the front desk was so rude and didn’t care to help me. He kept saying his system was down and that he did not know any information about PS5. Never looked at me in the eye. Horrible professional and needs work in customer service!!

Welden, store leader was very unprofessional. Lied to me on 9/12 @12:26 pm that he could not take back a defective controller that was bought 7 days prior of today. Avoid if possible

Purchased a PS3 as a gift for my mom. Got the warranty, they said you don't need a receipt as the sticker on the box is what they need. Fast forward there are problems and all of a sudden they need more than just the sticker. Which was fine, she exchange it and purchased ANOTHER warranty, remote doesn't work and has to do the same thing. Then the device stops working, taking it back with the warranty he calls his manager on the phone and asked about it and she says "they need to have a receipt they can't keep coming back and returning it" you can sell faulty products though?? And only one person in particular needs a receipt for a warrant that was paid for that normally you assure your guests they don't need a receipt for? Get new management. LOCATION ON 529 & HWY 6

The game didn't even start, if we're honest. But if you need some old used games for PC or various platforms such as PS (old and new), this is a good chain to visit. Not as good as it used to be though. Barbi used to love video games so she would come and check out this GameStop whenever we drove by. She usually does want to stop at GameStops in general, to this day, but not nearly as enthusiastically as she used to, and these days she only buys something one out of 20 stops instead of one out of two lol. This location has friendly service, not a bad selection, not nearly as good as it used to be, and the prices are pretty good by modern standards, but you won't find the deals you'd have found maybe 10 years ago in my opinion.

Ali has some incredible customer service. Took the time to explain how we could save money. Great job, sir! This is the best experience I have ever had at GameStop. Definitely coming back to this location.JUST KIDDING Y"ALL! TAKING THIS REVIEW BACK TO 1 STAR! Made a plan on Saturday to come back on Tuesday to finish the transaction. When you sign up for membership you have to wait 2 days for points to kick in (coupon and higher trade in value). My son called twice during day to ask Ali a question and verify he was still working.until 6pm and let him know we were coming in tonight.We drive over in big traffic and get to store at 5:18pm. Ali of course had already left. Courtney just had that attitude that within seconds, you know she's living to tell a person NO. She should work at the DMV with all that negative energy. Just sucked my good happy mood away. She wouldn't take half the games and just had horrible customer service. I was trying to be upbeat, she couldn't even crack a smile. Long and short, the price she quoted was $50 (+ tax) more than on Saturday with the membership perks. So infuriating. BASICALLY the same stuff we were running into at other GameStops we had talked to on Saturday. Waited 2 days for no savings and just to lose gas, time, and patience. ErrrIt is what it is. Par for the course. Did not want a positive review out there that was not deserved. Ali is great, and should probably find a Company to work for that matches his energy.

I went to this location yesterday with my family, my son liked this location, but what amazed us yesterday was the young man who help us at the cashier,..he was super polite, nice professional and informative, he provided us with a lot of information and suggestions I think his name was ALIE ? very good customer service
