I went in for a PS5 controller and they didn't have the one I wanted. I started to call another store on the phone and a sales representative heard me and immediately pulled me a list of all stores with the available control. I was appreciative for her attentiveness without having to ask.

Very rude employees. He won’t tell me his name so I have to describe him as an Overweight fat boy asking me to leave when is not closing time yet. It was 8:55 and I was coming in trying to get an ps5 for my kid birthday tomorrow. Instead asking for help, he told me we will close in 5 minutes and I will close and lock the door if you’re not leaving. What kind of the customer service is this? What a trash place to shop.

Always a great store through out the years. Been going to this location for 10+ years. They've transfered old games for the wii from other stores to theirs, when I couldn't do it online. They are always transparent with me. Always kind.

They're always so helpful. Always end up bringing in our broken or used controllers for return/ exchange because apparently my boyfriend can't be bothered to even though he's the one using the damn things

I had bought a ps5 that didn't read disc's. I brought it back and tyler helped me. He Was friendly and helped get me my replacement. Good dude. Will be doing more business there and suggest you all do the same.

I love getting my funko pops, nd my anime shirts from here. The staff is always nice and really helpful when asked about the latest releases on their merch, or funko pops.
