The manager here will lie about the reasons device trade in values are lower in store. Be sure to visit a different location, they will just try to make money off you at this one with no regard to morals.

They weren't open by 12:30pm the 3 times I tried to go by... seriously their website says noon....4rh try right now.. 12:25 pm on a Thursday and the security gates are still down.....total incompetence on their part.

Came on a Sunday at 330pm, there was a written note on the door that said they will be back at 430pm. Came back at 5pm, the lights were on, open neon sign was on, but the door was locked.Called 2 times and had no answer while no one was in the store. Waste of time

What kind of store does this? Pre-ordered a game to gift at a birthday party. All locations are out of physical copies as well. Terrible employees here usually are terrible and non helpful at all except one of the girls that works here

pre-ordered a game and was told line starts at 10:45pm. friend was told people would be allowed into the store at 11pm. we’re running a little late and pull up at 11:09 just for the cashiers to begin locking up when they see us in the parking lot. didn’t give us the game because “it was after 11” not sure what the new game release protocol is but clearly there are no set guidelines.
