I was there at asking some dude about a video game called “ sonic the hedgehog “ on the 360 . He was all very passive aggressive and sarcastic about it . Finding any excuse to get me out of there . Guy probably gave me the worse GameStop
Experience. The place smelled like weed and the employee was very off putting .

Quite good location. Not too busy and polite staff. What more could you ask for? (they didn't have the PS5 I was looking for though)

I came to this store for a simple ps5 controller replacement the 2 guys that they worked there were very rude to me and racist they don’t even listen what I was saying I’ll make a complaint at the main corporate too they don’t know what is customer service they don’t know how to treat people with respect I won’t recommend this store

No one from this store answers the phone calls. Came in person, their system is not working. Unbelievable.

Worst customer service ever! The associates don’t even know what the return policy clearly! These associates will lie to you and then if you change your mind they won’t help you and on top of that they talk back to the customer! How can anyone trust associates that tell you one thing about the return policy and the next day say that is not true. Clearly they don’t know where they are working at.

Absolutely was welcomed into the store with a typical "welcome to Game stop." Walked up to the counter and was also greeted with "how can I help you?" That's where the 2 stars ended for typical corporate responses. I reveled I enjoyed RPGs, the games I played or have played and asked for advice on new games. Immediately was just directed to PS5 games with no commentary other than, "there's a wall of PS5 games ." This is precisely why brick and mortars will be non-existent in the following years. I could have and would have walked out despite the value of the items, had I been given more direction and help furthering my game play. Now I know, I make the right decision by watching channels and testing games out on players plus. Goodbye GameStop.

This store will never answer your phone calls EVER, one time I even called from the parking lot just to see if anyone would answer. Called 3 times even with 2 workers there! Still no answer .. I wanna get info about pre orders & new games but sucks that I can’t ever just call to find out info & when I do go in person , it seems like the workers themselves don’t know any info ..
