Wife bought me a $100 steam gift card. Steam wouldn't authenticate the code. Wife contacted GS next day to verify card was activated properly, was told it was. Steam tech support later replied card appeared to be DEactivated as though a refund happened. Caught in middle and out money. Will pursue this with credit card issuer. Haven't had other problems here, and people are generally friendly, but this is first attempt trying to buy a game card where we're in the middle of two people saying it wasn't their error.

This place used to be my go to Gamestop but since the old manager has left it has gone down hill. It just does not feel welcoming any more. While they have a ton of selection there is the issue that most of the Funko boxes and figures boxes are super damaged. Better off just ordering from Amazing or if its a Gamestop exclusive than just buying it online.

Absolutely incredible I've never experienced a gamestop this amazing. It was absolutely magical. They even had ps3 and xbox 360 already out so I didn't even have to ask and I asked for 3ds and ds games and they printed me a whole list. Absolutely amazing selection.

I've been coming to this gamestop for years. They have a great staff here. Cameron and Tina are always very helpful and polite. As someone who also works customer service, I appreciate the effort they always put in.

For sure a one stop shop for every gamers dream! Loved my first experience here seeing all the games, controllers, and more! Get place to grab gifts for those that love this stuff!!! Customer service was good too! It can get a little packed in here, but all to the good! Picked up a controller and it seems to working nice thus far!
