I come in every once in a while and each time the particular worker i always deal with is always rude and lazy. Came to the store 30mins after open and he still hadnt unlocked the doors. Each request from him was like pulling teeth. Super condescending on the topic of pre-ordering games. This kid is the main reason i take most my business to the target across the street.

Went to buy a requested gift and there was a sign on the door "Left at 2:50, be back in 1 hour 15 minutes". Could have been an emergency or a long lunch break. That's pretty specific to know you'll be gone until 4:05. Do better Lake Jackson Game Stop.

1st time here was pretty chill & service was cool used to be my fave go to for anything i needed. but most recent experience they def do not like doing RETURNS. even with all brand new unopened stuff w/ paper receipt, they made the return process hell & cranky for no reason. quit it

I had just left a nearby GameStop that informed me the system was down. I was trying to attempt a trade-in on a cellular device. They informed me that I could go to another location at this time. When I arrive to this location I was informed they don't do trade-ins prior to closing, the process is only 10 minutes and why did the neighboring GameStop didn't inform me of this instead of sending me to this location? I feel like the man behind the counter with the glasses was lying and did not want to service me for whatever reason. And also insisted he couldn't at least tell me the value of my phone but I went on the website and it's only a 10 second process I would not recommend this GameStop.
