We’re delighted with the dining table and chairs we just bought. Like most of what they had on display, ours are solid cherry and maple, handmade by Amish craftsmen using tools and techniques refined over many generations. The finish and details are amazing and the pieces are so much better in quality, materials, and workmanship than the much pricier alternatives we had been considering from some of the trendier retailers. We would definitely shop here again!We were helped by Phu Huynh, who was very courteous and professional and patiently answered our questions and gave us great advice on style and options. Altogether, a very satisfying shopping experience!Delivery was also excellent. The two gentlemen who delivered our furniture were punctual, careful, and polite. Delivery was included in the price, unlike other stores, and it was fantastic to have our furniture just a day later versus the three month wait we had been conditioned to expect from other stores!

Phu was very helpful and very patient in helping us select our dining table and chairs. He was very attentive to our needs. We didn’t expect to have the furniture delivered so quickly- other places we visited said it would take at least three months from the time we ordered to delivery. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I could not have had an easier experience. Was meeted at the door by Phu and shown everything I needed with extreme efficiency. One stop shop and having it delivered the same day was just icing on the cake! If you are anywhere in the US, I would recommend!

I was helped by a young man named Shaun who showed me several different mattresses and enquired about what price range I was looking to stay within. Because I wasn't sure, he let me try different ones out and decide by comfort and price combined. In the end result, he helped me find one, not only in the price range I finally decided on, but one that is somewhat comfortable and has cooling technology built in it. It's not as comfortable as the pillow-top mattress I'm replacing, unfortunately, it's a little more firm, a little less soft, for a higher price, but it was the best, most comfortable one that they had anyway. The cooling technology is wonderful because it has been SO hot this summer! The man was even able to see to it that it was delivered the same night and they took away my old mattress for me. However, unfortunately, this supposed-to-be pillow-top mattress sucks in the quality you get for the price you pay, compared to the mattress I got up in New York from some other furniture company, I know the name of the company, but my brain won't cooperate and give it to me right now. Sorry.

Updated 10Jun24: Tomas and Billy worked with me by phone to order just the right Tempu-Pedic mattress for my guest room. From phone call to home delivery was 3 hours on a Saturday. Seriously?! Can you beat that? The delivery guys were great too. They rearranged mattresses for me. Mack called the next morning to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am!Nov23:John helped me find the ideal mattress for all of my physical issues and sleep preferences in less than an hour, but without rushing me. He was so knowledgeable and patient, The price was half what I expected to spend. Free delivery of the new mattress and removal of the old occurred the same evening. It was worth the drive across town to Gallery Furniture.
