This review is long overdue. Gallery Auction’s live auctions are a fun way to spend a Monday morning. I grab a coffee and a friend and take a quick 10-15 min drive North from the Heights. It’s nice to be able to preview an item in person in their well lit and easily navigable warehouse after eyeing it on the live auctioneer app. I have purchased a rug and some small antique decorative items. Looking forward to purchasing some furniture once I move into my new home.

Worst experience with an auction house. They sold a lot I rightfully won. They acknowledged their mistake right away during the auction and choose not to do anything about it then or after the fact when I was in contact with them.Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Such an eclectic variety of items, from rare antiques, to unique lighted, regional signage. Something different every week. We appreciate their clear, honest sales policy. Exceptional customer service, answering questions or requests quickly via phone or online. Approachable and kind when we had questions. So pleased with our purchases.
