I tried the jeans on and bought them home. Then tried to return them the next day. She looked inside the gens and saw lint and said it’s not in the same condition we can’t do the return, lol. That’s crazy. Because of lent??! It’s was an elderly black lady who wore glasses, can someone please teach her how business works? The money is in Customer Lifetime Value, not one time purchases. I won’t be back nor look in the direction of G-Star after today. I hope someone coaches here up to save revenue.

Had very little selection for such a fabulous clothing. I really enjoyed visiting with the staff they were really nice. I could only purchase a bucket hat.

Truly poor customer service, trying to get advice on a quality issue. Lady at store instantly denied selling the product in question and then sent someone else over, essentially ignoring what I came for. Absolute worst Gstar store I have ever been to.

The female employee was rude and disrespectful, and she didn't even organize clothes in the store. She didn't even help, she answered questions in a rude way. It used to be my favorite brand, but I don't want to go there anymore.

Went to the store it was absolute chaos. Some guy peed in the fitting room next to me and the employees were cussing him out. I was trying on a few pair when the salesperson suggested that I take it home and if I don’t like it get a refund or exchange. So, the jeans didn’t fit so I went back to the store for a refund. The lady at the counter told there was no refunds just exchanges. I told her what the salesperson told me and her response was the person was their “top seller”. Like, what exactly does that mean? Poor customer service, misinformation, and predatory salesman. Saks fifth and Neiman Marcos are better, especially if you’re unsure about the fit.
