Joseph provided outstanding service at the gun range! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure I felt safe and comfortable, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the experience. His patience and attention to detail were top-notch, making my visit not only enjoyable but also educational. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Not all shooting ranges take in tourists, but this place does and it’s an amazing spot and great experience. A lot of variety with the guns and friendly staff. We were helped by Myles, he was great and super helpful.

For an indoor range this is one of my 3 favorite spots. They have 2 areas for shooting, their target hangers and equipment have not failed me, the associates are knowledgeable, friendly and overall awesome. I very much, enjoy shooting here. They also have a great selection of firearms to rent, and purchase.

Very friendly staff who also take time for newcomers and give a short introduction. I come from Germany and fired a gun there for the first time in my life. It was very professional and I always felt safe. Thank you for this great experience!

The range was great, the staff was a little uninformative, they expect you to immediately know what to do even if you explain that you've never done this before, you have to drag answers out of them about routine questions involving products and services, definitely shopping for other ranges.

I do Not like this place!...the customer service was awful. I needed to get my riffle sighted at 200 yards before opening weekend.
I called the day before for pricing and availability was told someone can sighted for you just have to wait for it. So I decided to showed up the next day. Once arrival I told them about the previous phone conversation. It turns out I encountered with 2 workers that said I needed to leave my riffle for different reason (a woman not dumb) and the only person that could have sighted was walking around when he got approached by another employee to come see my riffle he stated I'm booked.
That's when I decided you don't want my business. Took my riffle to another place close by it was a 30 minutes easy fixed. I'm good to go.
