We are very disappointed for for the poor customer service that we encountered at this location . As many families my husband and I have limited time out from work. We don't have the opportunity to be around the same area often .We are newly married and we were interested in opening a savings account to purchase our first home together . After many research we found many great reviews on Frost bank so we decided to give it a try . My husband went in with all the information needed including my drivers license . He went in there today and was astonish of how unhelpful Bianca was . I was not there . I work across the street . I was going to step in during my lunch break if needed to sign any paperwork . As he told her my wife is not here but i want to get this process started "I have all her information to set up an account"she however kept asking for further paperwork and making what sounds to me excuses for not helping him . It's a shame that he drove to this side of town Because it was more convenient for me to step out on a break and get stuff done. And to be treated this way ...... very upsetting !

Horrible experience. Thought I would move from BoA to Frost because of the reviews....boy, were they wrong. Rarely do you get a combination of stubborn and d****** like I've experienced with these people. Created the accounts online, no problem. Went to deposit a check to fund the account, from a guy who I've worked with for 20 years. Who pays other people in Houston. Who's had the same account at PNC for a long long time. Somehow the idiots at Frost Bank are unable to deposit the check because "they cannot verify the account". Frost refuses to deposit and wait for the check to clear. I get my friend's PNC branch and manager's name. Somehow Frost can't seem to competently make a phone call. No recourse, I had to go back and retrieve the check. When I ask if I can cancel my account, the fat-faced smirking chubnut in the video screen is near laughter. OK, fatty, guess the joke is on you and the management team that let's idiots run the Richmond branch. You will lose out now on about a million dollars of cash flow that would have come from my business account that now will go somewhere else. FROST GET LOST...and hey, fatty, go on a diet, your face is taking that whole screen up. UPDATE: There are other reviews from people that have experienced the exact same thing...FROST YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE POOR MANAGEMENT OF THE RICHMOND BRANCH
