I went into This location on The 18th of March to have my mailing address updated, I spoke with Fernando it took about 10 minutes and he stated that it would take a couple of days which didn’t make sense I made the same update with others done same day, but I said okay and left the bank, I found out today he had me standing there on my already tired feet 10 minutes for nothing (WHY) ? I Give Frost as a Bank A Five Stars you all can do better.

The staff was super friendly. First we went to chase to open an account. Chase at friendswood tx told us to xome back in three days. Frost took care of us right away. Opened the account, got us some check and squared us away with debit cards. Before we left they set us up with an insurance agent too. Awesome service.

One of the mobile tellers walked all-around flipping her hair and talking WITHOUT A MASK....until she saw me catching her in the act. Careless and does NOT care. Sad that she disregards the value of her job and safety of her coworkers.

Staff are not problem solvers nor critical thinkers which leads to very poor customer service. 1-800 customer service line gives incorrect information. I tried to call to open a Savings Account and was told to go to motor bank who would have application. They do not. Was referred to telephone banking rep. Per telephone banking representative, website does not allow customer to open savings account, only checking account which would later be switched to savings. Sounds like staff time would be wasted undoing this process. Lobbies are all closed and Motor bank has no idea how to do this if a customer has lost internet service. The branches do not have a savings application form !! Amazing. Opening an account is NOT easy with Frost Bank. Scary times.

I opened an account here a few years ago to have a local option. I've had nothing but phenomenal service. Today I needed notary services and Brittney went out of her way to help me.
