The Frost branch on 11th Street is the best! Always incredibly nice, but even more importantly, they are extremely helpful. I've been banking with Frost since the '70's. They NEVER disappoint.

This Frost Bank branch has the nicest, most helpful bank employees that I’ve ever dealt with in my life! There should be more people like Jarvis Ervin, Karen Gold, and Erin Ward, they are amazing!!! Also, the building is really nice!

I love love love this Frost Bank branch. I'm so glad I broke up with Chase bank. Frost does everything Chase does but is so much better. Frost bank doesn't outsource your customer service calls overseas to Guam or the Philippines. You can speak to someone in Texas and can understand every word they say. No concerns with Frost bank sharing your banking info with strangers in another country. THREE CHEERS FOR FROST!! Love y'all.

So, I currently don’t have a Frost bank account, but that is going to change in the near future. I had to cash a check that was in frost bank’s name, but my current bank refused to do it due to “numerous overdraft fees (like no one is struggling during a pandemic but ok) . Drove over to this Frost location; Erin and Jarvis turned my whole day around! No charge for cashing the check plus they were so helpful and sympathetic. Will definitely be switching banks!
