Disgusting bank. Employee steal money from the elderly. How can a bank just put this employee on an adminster leave. That employee needs to in jail. Bank needs to responsible for giving that elderly woman back her $186k and then some for emotional damage!

Excellent customer service. Direct deposit clears on Wednesday instead of Friday like B of A, Chase and the other big banks. Like having my hard earned money sooner than later.

Excellent local Frost Bank branch in the Garden Oaks area. It's pretty small, but the bankers are great. Highly recommend.

The manager seemed uninformed, unenthusiastic, and somewhat annoyed that I wanted to ask questions about the various bank accounts. Secondly, she had a very unprofessional work attire and I guess a bad hair day. In any event, this woman should not have been in a managerial position. Perhaps she would be better suited for an alternate position that does not include interacting with the public.

This is a smaller location, but great things come in small packages! Easily accessible and always pristine. The employees here are as helpful and eager to serve as ever and have a sanitary/efficient way of managing access and business given the situation with COVID. Even providing bottled water to customers. It's locations like this one that are the reason I've kept an account with Frost for decades.Keep up the great work!

The atm machine off Shepard and Pinemont is charging to print out blank receipts and the store clerks are aware and won't even put a sign up!! Constantly allowing people to be ripped off!! There terrible!!
