Saul Garcia has the worst customer service ever. I don’t know how this guy has been a financial manager for 6 years, shows how much frost bank cares about their customers. He has a terrible attitude and offered no solution to my problem. GET RID OF THIS GUY

My boyfriend and I have been with frost for years and no matter what we need the representatives are always extremely helpful. Today was no exception, Jessica and Anna were beyond kind and helpful, they went out of their way to make it possible for us to close on our home. The location itself was clean and the staff was exceptional. Thank you again ladies.

Frost I was afraid. I was petrified. Like wood, maybe.This is a useful bank called Frost Bank and there are locations all over Houston - several of which we've used. This particular location is pretty friendly and if it wasn't for the big charge of $3 each way just for taking money out of the ATM from other Banks, I would probably give them a higher rating and even consider going with them.I really think the first bank to waive those fees is going to get a big bump in business.

I usually use this branch but a new teller has really made my experiences horrible lately with deposits for a business account. Makes wait 20 minutes to check things with manager and then does all wrong regardless. Closing my account here as a result of this consistent abuse.

Good and quick service. The employees are always ready to assist you. I never wait to see and banker or a teller. Parking is limited just outside the bank but there is a parking garage that takes you into the lobby of the bank. It's just a longer walk. I've been banking with frost bank on and off for over 50 year! I had my first acct at Frost Bank in San Antonio when I was 5 years old!

Rude employees, will NEVER return to this location. We were “helped†by Sophia, and she was terrible. Stay away from this location if possible. All my experiences at Frost Bank have been excellent. Except this one.
