The manager here name Jessica she is real mean she try to embarrass you she got bad evil spirit on her I pray frost fire her she don’t know how to talk to people she will put her employees in danger for the way she talk and handle customers

Very slow service at the branch today. Only two people working and one was a teller. I just had to sign a document and the teller printed it and sent me to a room to wait. He waited on 3 other clients before bringing the document for me to sign. I waited for 15 minutes.

What happened to this bank? A few changes in management and they turned out to be Pure Garbage! There are so many other banks in S.E. TX that know how to treat a customer with funds. Caveat Emptor ......
