The Asian guy works at the front desk although skillful, lacks of basic customer service skills, kind of aggressive ... still miles better than any Wells Fargo's (my other bank) around this location.

Woke up to my bank account being closed. Was told I would have to open another one.because it was over drafted to long. How is it that I can’t over draft willingly. But monthly fees can over draft to the point my account is closed. Make it make sense!

Frost Bank has a great customer service over the phone but not so much in person. This location provides the best customer of all the locations I’ve visited in the Houston area. For that reason, I visit them with the intention of giving them more business. However, their actions insult my intelligence and attack my character. So, I decide not to give them more business. It is not the employees fault. They are just blindly following the instructions of the management and security teams. Therefore, the onus falls on those giving the orders. In order to accurately determine the threat level of a customer, it is necessary to use use proven facts. Do not use speculation. Control for your biases. Apply first principles thinking by starting with what you know to be absolutely true.

I don't know where these "spoiled" people get off. I've used Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Chase Banks - and they are terrible! Wells Fargo screwed me out of mortgage sale. Chase Bank has gay men magazines in their lobby. Frost Bank has been absolutely excellent! They are quick to resolve problems. They help you out in every way. There is a Texas Pride when it comes to Frost. There have been times when I didn't coordinate my funds like I should and I went overdrawn. Frost quickly removed overdraft fees when I asked them to. Who could do better than that?! Been with Frost for over eight years now. They took care of several disputes where companies over-charged me, and Frost took care of those very well. THEY ARE THE BEST!

Yes, use a Texas bank, yes one that cares about you. But not Frost Bank River Oaks, they take too long to open bank accounts. They really don't treat their customers like they care at all. Frost Bank does not honor Government Backed Loans like PPP PAYROLL Pandemic Program. Frost bank requires you to have already have a Business Bank account established rather than a substantially used regular bank account used for business. The USA did not discriminate, why is Frost Bank? Because they don't know what they are doing!!! Some Texas banks really are out to assist their customers this is NOT the case with FROST BANK. Poor service, poor response time, poor attitude, a bank that brings nothing to the table to be helpful.

Staff works way too slowly and chit chats a lot even when customers are waiting. The Kirby branch is a lot more efficient. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a withdrawal when there aren't many customers. You don't have to share your life story while people are waiting (from Wisconsin, moved here because of your mother, started as a teller "it felt weird because it was such an adult job", eventually got promoted to banker--all this I learned after she said I'll be with you in a minute--yea right). This is not professional from a "banker." I like Frost (certainly much better than Bank of America), but the staff at this location needs some training. Please respect people's time.

I usually come here to do deposits for the office I work at and the staff here is always helpful. While I wait, they always offer coffee, water or a cookie and they're always nice. Thank you guys. P.S. say yes to the cookie, they're good.

I opened an account here a few years ago to have a local option. I've had nothing but phenomenal service. Today I needed notary services and Brittney went out of her way to help me.
