What an amazing staff they have at this branch! I was just helped by Amina resolving a sensitive situation and left feeling 100lbs lighter. What a relief it is knowing the humans working here truly care about your personal life and only wanting to elevate you.

There are many good reasons to like Frost Bank. One would be hard pressed to do better and the Clear Lake City Blvd. is the best, in my opinion. Well done, my favorite bankers. ❤️

Frost bank yall are horrible my relationship was ended because my account was compromised and fraud checks were deposited into my account which I had no idea of it. Why didn't they alert me when the ATM deposit hit this fraudulent account but now it's my fault and I have to pay it back. They didn't ask for a handwriting analysis no print out of the fraud check deposited in the ATM. This is my retirement funds on top of that. I cannot deposit any other checks into my account or there is a penalty of 2000 with social security. All your company wants is money they don't care about my account being compromised. Now I have to do my own investigation whenever I get the ATM video. Horrible bad customer service and prejudice

I like Frost because they have been real for years. I can always expect good service and good accounts. I also had an account at the "big" bank. They were highly unpredictable. Frost is a constant.
