Finding words that explain my experience in this establishment are escaping me. I ended up walking away when an upset customer railed against the company and explained all of the issues she was/is having with them. I tore up my application and left.

Thank you guys so much. I had been to a few car lots & none of them could/would help me with a vehicle. I came to Freddy Kia & drove away in a vehicle, my not be the vehicle of my dreams but I no longer have to ride the bus or ask people for a ride
