Don't waste your time getting an online quote and filling out all the information online. The online rep asks you to go to the nearest location to sign up and then when you get to the location thwy re-run your information and quote you twice as much! First time at this office and the representative was very nice and courteous but i dislike the way the fred loya does business.

Wasting of time Those people at there make wasting my precious time trying to find me the best deal on insurance, but when they inspct my car I feel like if FBI was doing the inspection and at the end they said my price will going up $20 more than the price they told me before because I had a pieces of metals on the back of my truck!!!!! Why they don't do the 20 minutes inspection first and avoid to waste the cusromers time too bad 😡😡😡
