They gave me a quote on the phone so I went in to set up in person, they didn't mention on phone the extra add ons like towing $41. Road side assistance $3., processing and paperwork $8., ect so it went from something like $130 down to $180. That may not be nothing to some ppl but it's huge to someone on disability.

Saving me five grand over twelve months from my progressive quote .. Really nice lady, fast, helpful..I am recommending to anyone I know that says anything about auto insurance!!!!!

I've been with them for some time and their customer service definitely needs improvement. They never answer their phones, they decide how much they want to cover. If you decide to take your vehicle to get estimated they will not cover if they don't like the amount the collision states. I left my vehicle at a collision and they charged me to get my vehicle out and took my title. It's been a HUGE mess with them.

Abigail failed to inform me that if I do autopay they withdraw the amount a week before. Just called to find out how much my payment was and was told of this. Not pleased at all. She needs the make sure she informs all the customers of this because that is poor customer service. Now I have to go in person to sign some documents and my payment went up, all because Abigail never told me of this. Retrain.

Give Abigail a raise! She showed exceptional customer service skills when I went into the office. She made me feel like I was part of a family and made me want to continue my policy with Fred Loya. Seriously give her a raise she deserves it!!!
