I had a somewhat pleasant experience at this office. However, the manager was a little rude and not very personable. I felt like I was in the way or I was a nuisance. She barely smiled, or acknowledged me at all. However, the young man that helped me was great. He was very helpful. And he explained to me the process. But the manager leaves a lot to be desired.

They have great customer service as far as sales and quotes and if I go into the office but as far as if you have a wreck the people that work in rental cars and the adjusters need to go back to training cause it doesn't make any sense the way they do their job if they don't want to do it they should find someone who does.
