Bad Service! Stefani was rude rolling her eyes so ofren that I was getting dizzy, she kept on complaining to her coworker that she thought that she was leaving on time, it was not even 6 pm. for her to be saying that also that the company doesnt want to pay overtime and that the other office staff are stupid…..over all it was a horrible situation, just save your time and look for another location if yall want insurance.

Says they are open until 7 been waiting since 5 and is almost 6. Door is locked. Not sure if the person in charge fell asleep but its definitely not open . Just wasted almost 1 hour of my time

This place is horrible. Fred Loya would be very upset with the service they provided to me. The lady who helped me gave me 3 different quotes and decided to give me the highest of the 3 after we had discussed the lowest would be the rate. Her excuse was so lame I could not even understand it. I needed insurance that day and decided to leave. I called Freeway insurance and was overly satisfied. I have a car insured with you. It wont be anymore. You lost a great customer.
