What's the point of having friendly people, if when they want they increase the price for no reason other than in the state of Texas there are increases. Without a letter or a call to the client. The 30% increase without justification? It is a scam, especially coming from a supposedly serious and reliable company. I assure you that they will offer you wonders and two months later they will charge you much more. If anyone knows where to report this, please let me know. I have proof of what I say.

They pretty cool, they only problem is how they sound like a collection agency for payments. Even when payments are 6 days before due and 15 days before cancelation.

These people are honest and fair I was needing auto insurance on my car that I just purchased they gave me a lower rate then any one else in houston so come to Fred Loya they will not disappoint you I am happy with my insurance give Fred Loya a chance you will not be disappointed they will save you money they did me.

Helping me get insurance on a moments notice! I'm grateful for their services.. much better customer service than both GEICO and Allstate. That's from experience with both those 'big' Name insurance companies.
