When I took kittens .I had a difficult time getting mother on board she escaped. They gave me a number to reschedule as I called they said I needed to do the process all over again .mother is out there in the cold and returning back on my porch.i will try to wait for a opening .

I went to ask about insurance and I explained to him from the first moment that I had a rented car and he asked me for the papers and then he went and told me that they can't insure rented cars and I told him I don't understand then why would you ask me for papers if you knew I couldn't? Assuring it seemed too strange to me, be careful with these people because I wouldn't trust myself much after doing that.

Came here to add another car under my insurance the lady that was here had already another customer and i was next but she dicided to help another person that was next to me witch i don't mind but at least she could off ask took for ever to help me and was rude with me never again i am coming to this office again i had better customer service in the one in 45 north on calvacade

"location review not company"After just recently moved to this area I'm baffled by the standards at this place! The Pearland location was so accommodating for literally anything. Payments, eSign documents, they made everything accessible to do over the phone. This location ( after already telling them about positive COVID) told me I can't discontinue paying for their insurance ( even though I have insurance elsewhere ) unless I come inside; and noone else spouse/ family can come for me. So I have to come in and get everyone sick for you to stop taking money out of my account? Lovely. Will do.
